General Program Information
What are the accepted age ranges for participants?
Voyagers Universe is designed for adventurous learners aged 7 to 15. We group participants into tracks based on both age and experience levels to ensure the most engaging and age-appropriate learning environment.
What schedule options are available?
We offer flexible scheduling to accommodate global time zones. Parents can choose between morning or afternoon blocks, or our 'Weekend Explorer' intensives, allowing for a balanced routine of studies and physical activity.
Can my child enroll in multi-track programs?
Absolutely! Many Voyagers choose to enroll in multiple tracks simultaneously, such as a Science track paired with our Arts and Adventure module. We recommend consulting with our advisors to ensure a manageable workload.
Do you offer specific summer and winter programs?
Yes, we run high-energy Summer Quests and Winter Expeditions. These are immersive, seasonal-capped programs that focus on outdoor application of simulated concepts, often featuring live virtual field trips to international sites.
Logistics and Safety
What equipment is provided for the program?
Voyagers Universe provides all specialized scientific equipment, digital tablets for field research, and laboratory kits required for the experiments. We ensure that every participant has access to high-quality, professional-grade tools to enhance their learning experience.
What should my child bring to each session?
Participants should bring a refillable water bottle, comfortable weather-appropriate clothing, and closed-toe shoes. We also recommend a small notebook for personal observations. Snacks are provided, but children with specific dietary needs are welcome to bring their own.
What are the standard pick-up and drop-off procedures?
Drop-off begins 15 minutes before the session starts. For pick-up, parents must sign out their child at the designated welcome desk. We require a valid photo ID and only release participants to individuals listed on the authorized pick-up form provided during enrollment.
How do you ensure participant safety during activities?
Safety is our top priority. All instructors are background-checked and First Aid/CPR certified. We maintain a 1:8 staff-to-student ratio, conduct regular equipment inspections, and follow strict field safety protocols to ensure a secure environment for all our young explorers.
